anxiety levels

I started making a note about my anxiety levels to have an objective method of measurement if I'm still capable to work. I found out that sometimes I start with 70-80% (high), but yesterday I started with 10, which rose to 20% and ended with 0%. Nobody notices something by the way, it's just highly uncomfortable for me if the levels are high.
