Yesterday I went for a walk and I only felt anxiety. I just couldn't stop thinking and was in panic during the whole hour. I barely could't see or hear what was surrounding me. Totally locked up in my own head.
Today I went for a nightwalk and the sky was full of stars and a bright moon, while the horses stood with their legs in the fog. My mind was calm. I was at ease. I smelled everything and it was so peacefull around me.
Two walks, walking alone. Two totally different experiences.
