No typing when I'm eating, no reading while I'm drinking, no mobile phoning on the toilet, no texting when I'm walking, not reading mail when I'm listening etc. etc.
Multitasking doesn't work. Multitasking causes obstipation, headache, stress.
Today I started a new life. Doing one thing at a time. Nice and slowly. And it feels good!
It's not difficult. You just have to start.
