Great tip, that I don't need at the moment, but is good to know!

Tip to help with an anxiety attack

- Look around you
- Find 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste.

This is called grounding. It can help if you feel like you have lost all control of your surroundings.
